- How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
- We reply to every serious enquiry within one working day (IST), Monday to Friday. WhatsApp is usually the fastest — you'll hear back from an actual engineer, not a bot or sales rep.
- What happens after I fill in the form?
- You get a same-day acknowledgement, then a short reply proposing a 30-minute discovery call over Google Meet. After the call we send a written recap and, if we're a fit, a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal.
- Do you offer a free consultation?
- Yes. The first 30-minute discovery call is free — we use it to understand your business, your goals, and whether we're the right team. There is no obligation and no sales pressure.
- Can I meet the team in person?
- Yes. We're based at 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar. In-person meetings are by appointment so the right people are in the room. Most clients start remote and visit the studio later.
- Do you sign NDAs before a call?
- Absolutely. We're NDA-friendly — send yours before the call, or we can share our mutual NDA. Everything you share stays confidential regardless of whether we work together.
