Marketing Internship (Sales + Growth)
A freshers-only program for final-year students and recent graduates who want a fast, honest way into sales and marketing. The model is simple: the more business you bring in, the more you earn — a monthly stipend plus a generous percentage on every client you close. You'll learn pitching, outreach, closing, and account handling directly from the founders — and everything a standard internship gives you (offer letter, certificate, LOR) is included.

How the remote internship actually runs.
Short answers on the day-to-day, time commitment, and how feedback works.
Every intern on the Marketing (Sales + Growth) track gets a fixed monthly stipend, paid on time. On top of that, you earn a generous percentage on every client you personally bring in and close — paid out after the client's first invoice clears. There's no cap. The more business you bring in, the more you take home. We share the exact percentage on the intro call so we can walk you through the math against real deal sizes.
Freshers only — final-year students and recent graduates (any stream). No prior sales experience needed. What we do look for: clear written and spoken English or Hindi, comfort on calls, and the discipline to follow up. We're hiring 12 seats in this batch and reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
Short morning stand-up on Zoom (~15 min) to align on the day's work, then focused solo work on tasks tracked in Notion AI and GitHub Issues. Mentors are reachable on Zoho Cliq and Slack through the day for questions, and we jump on Zoom for pair sessions whenever you're stuck. Async by default, sync when it actually helps.
Plan for around 6–7 focused hours a day, Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible around a common 11am–5pm IST overlap window so stand-ups, reviews, and pairing can happen live. Weekends are off unless you choose to catch up on your own.
Developers get PR reviews on every merge in GitHub — inline comments, suggested changes, and a quick Zoom call if the change is bigger. Marketing interns get async reviews on drafts, campaigns, and reports inside Notion AI. Every Friday we do a 30-minute Zoom review to look at what shipped, what worked, and what to improve next week.
No. The internship is fully remote for anyone in India. You just need a laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space for calls.
